ART CLASS COSTS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERM CLASSES 
$190 for eight, 1 hour classes (a small additional fee applies for clay and firing once a year)
$149 for 45 min class offered (only at Pepper St Arts Centre, 11.30am-12.15pm) 

SCHOOLL HOLIDAY CLASSES  $30 for 2 hours

BIRTHDAY PARTIES   $30 per child for 2 hours (includes 2 Art activities all materials and aprons)A minimum of 10 children required for bookingCan be run from Pepper Street Arts Centre (additional $20 for room hire) or from your home

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SCHOOL TERM CLASSES
Payment to be finalised within 2 weeks of receipt of invoice. If more time is needed, please let Helen know. One option is regular instalment payments. Full term payment must be made even if your child starts the term late. (Make up classes will be provided in this case)
If fees have not been paid by due date, your child will not be able to attend classes until payment is made. (unless prior arrangement of instalment payments have been made)
CLASS REFUND POLICY
There is no refund for Term class bookings
MAKE UP CLASSES
Make up classes are available if prior notice of a missed class is given. This must be arranged with Helen 0418821217 nitsa4@bigpond.com.

CLASS CANCELLED - Due to teacher sickness or unforeseen circumstances

Helen will contact all parents and try to provide as much notice as possible. Helen will also contact the School/venue to let them know if there have been any parents that she has not been able to contact or speak to directly regarding her absence. Helen will either offer the whole class a make up lesson or run the lesson on an additional day/date.

For after school class students, parents are to ensure that their child is registered with after school care as they may be taken there in Helen’s absence.
 

CHILDREN ARRIVING AND DEPARTING CLASS

At after school classes: children arrive at the Art room on their own and are to be collected from class by an adult. Children will not be permitted to leave the class on their own, unless there is written consent from a parent/carer.

At Saturday classes: children are to arrive at the Art room and depart from the Art room with an adult. (Unless prior permission has been given by parent for other arrangement)

EARLY ARRIVAL & LATE PICK UP Parents are strongly encouraged to bring their children on time and pick up on time, Early arrivals will be asked to wait outside until the start time of class. The teacher uses time before and after each class to pack up and prepare. If everyone arrives and picks up on time classes run smoother and the teacher can be prepared.
